Filing a notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: your contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it is located on the site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

We may remove infringing material and terminate access for repeat infringers.
