Member Terms
Last updated: June 2026
These Member Terms govern your participation in Rep2Owner's programs and community - The Backroom ™, Prep to Launch ™, Build to Exit ™, and The Boardroom ™. They work alongside our Terms of Use. Specific programs are also governed by the separate written agreement you sign at enrollment (the Master Path Agreement); where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls.
Membership & billing
The Backroom ™ membership is billed monthly ($97/month after any free period) and you can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing and ends access at the end of your paid period. Program fees (such as Prep to Launch ™) are set at enrollment and may be paid in full or by plan.
Guarantees and your responsibilities
Any outcome commitment we make - such as a validated business or a first-client guarantee - is conditional on you meeting clearly defined responsibilities, including attendance, completing the work, and hitting agreed activity minimums. The exact terms and remedy for each guarantee are defined in your enrollment agreement. A guarantee is not a promise of income or profit.
Equity
Where a program involves Rep2Owner taking equity in a business you build (Build to Exit ™), that equity is granted under a separate written agreement signed at enrollment, which controls all equity terms.
Acceptable conduct
You agree to participate in good faith, respect other members and mentors, keep community content confidential where asked, and not use the community to spam, solicit, or harass. We may suspend or remove members who violate these terms.
No professional advice
Our programs are educational and operational support. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for retaining your own professional advisors.
Changes & contact
We may update these Member Terms from time to time; continued participation means you accept the changes. Questions? Email admin@rep2owner.com.
