Rep2Owner, LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to rep2owner.com, our IO member app at io.rep2owner.com, our invited-team OS at os.rep2owner.com, and our related sign-up forms and communications.

Information we collect

When you join the free community, submit an interest or investor form, book a call, or contact us, we collect the information you provide - such as your name, email address, phone number, the industry or business you're in, how you heard about us (including any referring creator or friend), and any message content. When you create an account, our community platform collects your login and profile details. We also collect standard usage data - pages visited, device and browser information, and similar analytics - through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

Google sign-in and shared account access

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile details such as your name and profile picture URL. We use these details to authenticate you, create your account, or connect Google to an existing account after you sign in. Google sign-in uses the openid, email and profile scopes; it does not request access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.

We keep linked-provider identifiers, authentication tokens supplied by the provider, and session records on our servers, and use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If you choose shared sign-in to OS, IO passes your Rep2Owner account identifier, name, verified email and authentication timestamps to OS. OS invitations and permissions still determine workspace access.

For help with your connection or to request access, correction or deletion of information held by Rep2Owner, email admin@rep2owner.com. Removing a Google connection does not automatically delete your Rep2Owner account or records.

How we use your information

We use your information to create and support your free account and community access, deliver the communications you ask for, respond to inquiries, route and credit referrals, provide information about our programs (and, to those who request it, investor information), and improve our services. Where you have given consent, we send you marketing emails and text messages about Rep2Owner. You can opt out of marketing email anytime via the unsubscribe link, and opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. Consent to marketing is never a condition of any purchase.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive account, informational, and marketing text messages from Rep2Owner, including via automated technology. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to all text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third parties except the messaging providers strictly needed to deliver the service to you.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only to provide their services to us - including our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon), identity providers you choose for sign-in (such as Google), our CRM and marketing/messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our community platform (Circle), our membership/checkout provider (Whop), email and SMS delivery vendors, scheduling/booking tools, our content-delivery and web-font provider (Bunny Fonts), and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data for third-party marketing (see above). We may disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business, tax, and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your U.S. state privacy rights (including California)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. Where we use analytics or advertising cookies, you can opt out via your browser controls, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required. To exercise a right, email admin@rep2owner.com; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

EU/UK residents (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases for processing are: your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), performance of a contract (providing your account and services), and our legitimate interests (operating and improving the business). You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where we transfer data to the United States or other countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

Our site and programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International

Rep2Owner serves participants in multiple countries. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate.
