Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work across Rep2Owner's memberships and programs. Specific programs may carry additional terms in the agreement you sign at enrollment, which controls where it differs from this page.

Auto-renewal & free trials

The Backroom ™ membership starts with a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a recurring subscription of $97/month and renews each month until you cancel. These terms - the trial length, the price, and the automatic renewal - are shown at checkout before you confirm, and your purchase authorizes the recurring charge. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing admin@rep2owner.com; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Where required by law, we will send renewal or price-change reminders and honor applicable cancellation and refund rights.

The Backroom ™ membership

The Backroom ™ is a monthly membership you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future billing and keeps your access through the end of the current paid period. Monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-month refunds.

Programs (Prep to Launch ™ and others)

Program fees and any refund or cancellation rights are governed by the enrollment agreement you sign before the program begins. Where a program carries an outcome guarantee, the remedy is what that agreement specifies (for example, continued work with you at no additional tuition) and is conditional on you meeting your stated responsibilities.

How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel a membership or ask about a refund, email admin@rep2owner.com from the address on your account, or use the cancellation option in your account.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first - we will work to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access.
