Our mission
We exist to break the most lucrative trap in modern work.
The lie that a sales rep is already their own boss. They have the founder DNA. They've never been given the founder path. Rep2Owner is that path - and it ends in real ownership: cash, equity, a network, and a business that runs without them.
Built on a structural truth.
Sales is the single most reliable training ground for entrepreneurial competence on the planet. Generating demand from cold, handling rejection daily, reading customers in real time, operating without certainty, converting interest into committed cash - that's the exact skill set that builds durable businesses.
Mark Cuban, Howard Schultz, Sara Blakely, Marc Benioff, Estée Lauder, David Ogilvy, Mary Kay Ash, Ross Perot - the pattern is structural, not coincidental. The single missing input has always been the path.
Rep2Owner's design is grounded in research across in-depth interviews with founders who actually made the rep-to-owner transition. They followed the same four-phase pattern every time. Founders who skip a phase fail predictably; those who follow the sequence succeed predictably. So we built the sequence.
Proprietary research
The path is reverse-engineered from people who actually walked it.
Across in-depth interviews with founders who made the rep-to-owner transition, the same four-phase pattern appeared every time - skip a phase and founders fail predictably; follow the sequence and they succeed.

The research distilled into R2O's model for moving an operator from "top rep" identity to "owner" identity - the psychological transition that determines who actually makes the leap.
Founder & CEO
Ian Kofford
Ian built and scaled a recruitment agency that generated $7.5M in revenue for clients in 18 months - a business that ran without him and paid him passively. He's lived the exact transition Rep2Owner systematizes: from producing revenue for someone else's business to owning an asset that produced without him.
He started Rep2Owner because he saw the same trap close on thousands of talented reps - people with the skills, the network, and the income, who would spend thirty years building someone else's company and walk away with nothing they could sell. The path existed in fragments. No one had assembled it. So he did.
